Anders Fung – President

Anders is a first-generation immigrant who came to California to study at California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. He graduated and went to work. After seven years at Cisco Systems as a software engineer, with a patent under his belt, Anders decided to fulfill his entrepreneurial dream of building his own businesses.

His work combines economic development with residential development. Anders has successfully revitalized properties through an approach of affordability by design, a concept in housing policy in San Francisco to create middle-income housing and supplement affordable housing subsidized by public funds or by developers as part of inclusionary housing requirements. He has worked with the San Francisco Housing Authority to create affordable housing. He is a certified green building professional who understands the importance of sustainable development.
