Margaret Ng – The Head of Strategic Planning and Portfolio Management

Margaret Ng is the head of strategic planning and portfolio management at Maan Global Development, where she oversees real estate development portfolios including leasing, new development and capital improvement projects. In these capacities, she negotiates and crafts financial deals to deliver world-class, complex and sustainable agreements. Margaret is responsible for lease negotiations, asset management, developing & executing capital investment strategies. She further identifies new asset acquisitions strategies, establishes property performance objectives and future exit strategies. Prior to Maan Global Development, Margaret spent more than 15 years working in Silicon Valley where she was involved with project  management, mergers & acquisition and business integration. She worked in Cisco and Cisco Capital for over 5 years. While in Cisco, Margaret led Cisco Capital project team to implement complex international  procurement offices in support of worldwide leasing and loan operations.

Margaret has a MBA degree. She also has a BS in Economics from UCLA. Margaret serves as a committee member of the Millbrae Economic Vitality Committee where she actively engaged with city staff and local citizens to not only help lift the economic base of Millbrae but also guide the development of Millbrae downtown into a vibrant business district. Aside from community service, Margaret is also actively involved with schools. She serves as PTSO board member to a local school and has been a member of the school site council for the last 5 years. Passionate about public speaking, Margaret has been a Toastmaster member for many years. She likes to apply the communication and leadership skills learned from Toastmaster Club and help develop children to become powerful speakers and future leaders.
